Ninth meeting: Lesson 7, Ie (houses)

For this week, we were learnt houses in Japan and the things that related to it.
Type of houses (いえ /Ie):

What is your room like?

わたひは ジョホルに すんでいます。   “Watashi wa Johoru sundei imasu.” (I live in Johor.)

わたしの いえは いっこだてです。   “Watashi no ie wa Ikkodate desu.” (My house is a single house.)

わたしの いえは ひろいくてふるい です。   “Watashi no ie wa hiroi kute furui desu.” (My house is wide and old.)

What is in your home?

わたしの いえには。   “watashi no ie niwa.” (this is what in my house.)

へやが よっつ あります。   “heya ga yottsu arimasu.” (my house has four rooms.)

ベッドが もよっつ あります。   “beddo ga mo yottsu arimasu.” (my house also has four beds.)

エアコンは ありません   “eakon wa arimasen.” (my house doesn’t have aircond.)


テレビが ふたつ あります。  “terebi ga futatsu arimasu.” (my house has two tvs.)
